Please contact us 72 hours prior to your arrival date or date of first show. We allow up to one change of date with no penalty.
Customer Requested Refund
Customer may receive a full refund on tickets or vacation packages if request is made within 72 hours of purchasing. Refunds may be requested Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm Central Standard Time. Once the 72 hour cancellation period has occurred, if you purchased tickets, a portion of your refund will be transferred to a Choose Branson Credit that can be used at a later date, within 12 months of purchase. For package refunds, after the 72 hour cancellation period, all requests must be made in writing and are handled on a case by case basis. Any other refunds outside of this policy are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of the lodging property, theatre or attraction.

Refund for Cancelled Events
Customer will be contacted with a new date and time as soon as available. Unable to attend the new event date? We will offer an alternate show of the same value or issue a refund automatically, including all fees.
