Valentine’s Day is rapidly approaching and luckily for you, several restaurants in Branson are perfect for the occasion. If you really want to impress your Valentine date this year, nothing is better than taking them on a great dinner date. Whether that date has candle light, champagne, homemade desserts, delicious wine or all of the above, you cannot go wrong with the restaurants listed below.
Level 2 Steakhouse
Level 2 Steakhouse is located inside the Branson Convention Center in downtown Branson. This is a popular place to celebrate any special occasion with Valentine’s Day being no exception. From fresh seafood and 28-day aged beef to signature house-made desserts, there is something on the menu for everyone to enjoy. The Valentine’s Day special at Level 2 is as appealing as the rest of the menu, offering Foie Gras French Toast for the appetizer and Pompano en Papillote as the entrée. It is highly recommended to call ahead for a reservation or you can book one online using their website.
New to Branson this year is Saltgrass Steakhouse. If you enjoy southern hospitality and Texas-sized food portions then this is the place to enjoy a Valentine’s Day dinner. Let’s not forget that Saltgrass is located at the Branson Landing, so wander around before or after dinner for some excellent shopping options. Whether it’s a juicy steak, delicious pork chops or a one of a kind wedge salad, you won’t be disappointed with a visit to Saltgrass Steakhouse.
Beating the crowds this year will be especially easy at the Chateau Grille. They will be offering their Valentine’s Day menu from Feb. 10 through 14 for those who may not want to deal with the dinner rush on Valentine’s. The Chateau Grill is located inside the Chateau on the Lake Resort Spa and Convention Center, and is sure to impress even the pickiest of eaters. Some of the more popular items on the menu include the Chilean sea bass and their signature filet mignon. Another fact worth mentioning is the Chateau Grille has the “Award of Excellence” from the Wine Spectator’s Magazine so go ahead and browse the six-page wine menu and splurge a little this Valentine’s Day.
Dobyns Dining Room at the Keeter Center
Dobyns Dining Room at the Keeter Center will be having a special Valentine’s event by reservation only. Located on the campus of the beautiful College of the Ozarks, this evening will include candle light, special menu items, live music and dancing in a rose petal filled setting. Reservations are required and this event will sell out fast so be sure to reserve your table on the school’s website.
These are just a few of our top picks for a perfect dinner date this year. There are many more dining options available on Feb. 14 and you can find them all at ChooseBranson.com. Just keep in mind that Valentine’s Day is one of the busiest days of the year for restaurants so calling ahead for reservations is always recommended and encouraged.
